Customer Policy & Terms of Service

By visiting Wildish Restaurant, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Welcome to Wildish Restaurant. By entering our premises, making a reservation, placing an order, purchasing products, or using any of our facilities, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. General Conduct

  • Customers must behave respectfully towards staff and other guests at all times.
  • Abusive, threatening, offensive, harassing, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Management reserves the right to refuse service or request customers to leave the premises without refund if their conduct negatively impacts staff, guests, or operations.
  • Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

2. Payments & Billing

  • All bills must be settled in full before leaving the premises.
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Applicable taxes and service charges will be added where required.
  • Split billing may be accommodated at management's discretion.
  • Customers are responsible for verifying their bill before payment.

3. Refund & Replacement Policy

  • No refunds will be issued once food, beverages, or services have been prepared, served, or consumed.
  • Concerns regarding food quality or service must be reported immediately.
  • Approved replacements will be offered where appropriate.
  • Refunds, credits, or replacements are solely at the discretion of management.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has commenced.
  • Customized, promotional, or special order items are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

5. Breakage & Property Damage

  • Customers are responsible for any damage caused to restaurant property through negligence, misuse, reckless conduct, or intentional acts.
  • This includes glassware, plates, cutlery, furniture, decorations, menus, electronic equipment, fixtures, and fittings.
  • Repair, replacement, cleaning, or restoration costs may be charged.
  • Management's assessment of damages shall be final.

6. Reservations & Table Bookings

  • Reservations are subject to availability.
  • Management may require deposits for large groups, private functions, or special events.
  • Reserved tables will be held for a limited grace period after the scheduled reservation time.
  • Failure to arrive within the grace period may result in cancellation of the reservation.
  • Deposits may be forfeited in the event of a no show or late cancellation.
  • Seating requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Management reserves the right to adjust seating arrangements where operationally necessary.

6A. Operating Hours & Last Orders

  • Management reserves the right to modify opening hours, closing times, service periods, or operating schedules without prior notice due to operational requirements, special events, public holidays, maintenance, staffing requirements, government regulations, or other circumstances.
  • Last food and beverage orders will be accepted up to a designated cut-off time determined by management.
  • As a general guideline, last orders may be taken up to 30 minutes before the scheduled closing time; however, this may vary at management's discretion.
  • Customers will be informed when the kitchen, bar, or other service areas are preparing to close.
  • Guests are expected to settle bills and vacate the premises within a reasonable time after closing.
  • Management reserves the right to discontinue service and request guests to leave the premises at closing time.

7. Private Events & Group Bookings

  • Special terms may apply to private events and large group reservations.
  • Final guest counts must be confirmed before the event date.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable once event preparations have commenced.
  • Any damages occurring during private events will be charged to the booking party.

8. Outside Food & Beverages

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted without prior approval from management.
  • Corkage fees or service charges may apply where exceptions are granted.
  • Birthday cakes may be permitted subject to prior approval and applicable charges.

9. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

  • Guests must notify staff of any allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements before ordering.
  • While precautions are taken, Wildish Restaurant cannot guarantee an allergen free environment.
  • Consumption remains at the customer's own discretion and risk.

10. Wi-Fi & Electrical Facilities

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi may be provided for customer convenience.
  • Illegal, harmful, or excessive use of the network is prohibited.
  • Availability and speed are not guaranteed.
  • Charging devices is permitted only in designated areas where available.

11. Personal Belongings

  • Customers are responsible for their own belongings.
  • Wildish Restaurant accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

12. Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor smoking areas where permitted by law.
  • Smoking in indoor or non-designated areas is strictly prohibited.
  • Guests must comply with all applicable local regulations.

13. CCTV Surveillance

  • CCTV systems operate throughout the premises for security, safety, and operational purposes.
  • By entering the premises, customers acknowledge and consent to CCTV monitoring.

14. Children & Minors

  • Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
  • Any damage caused by children shall be the responsibility of the accompanying parent or guardian.
  • Children must not disturb other guests or interfere with restaurant operations.

15. Parking

  • Parking facilities, where provided, are used at the owner's risk.
  • Wildish Restaurant is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to vehicles or contents.

16. Photography & Social Media

  • Casual photography for personal use is permitted.
  • Commercial photography, videography, influencer shoots, or promotional content creation requires prior approval from management.
  • Photography that disturbs other guests is prohibited.

17. Lost & Found

  • Lost items recovered on the premises may be retained for a limited period.
  • Unclaimed items may be disposed of after a reasonable period.
  • Identification may be required before releasing recovered property.

18. Force Majeure

  • Wildish Restaurant shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including power failures, natural disasters, government restrictions, public emergencies, or supplier disruptions.

19. Limitation of Liability

  • Wildish Restaurant shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its facilities, products, services, or premises.

20. Management Rights

  • Management reserves the right to refuse service.
  • Management reserves the right to amend these policies without prior notice.
  • Management reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior negatively affects staff, customers, or operations.
  • All decisions made by management regarding these policies shall be final.
