On August 12, 2026, I celebrated my birthday with a party of 15 people. In a last-minute dash, I had to find a restaurant that could accommodate such a large group visiting from overseas, and the staff at Wildish did just that—and so much more! Although our party arrived about 30 minutes late (which we were extremely apologetic for), the staff was incredibly understanding, accommodating, and friendly. At no point did they rush us or make us feel uncomfortable. Instead, they welcomed us warmly and gave our table their unwavering attention throughout the evening. Since Wildish is a BYOB restaurant, we brought our own wine. Not only were they happy to accommodate us, but they also provided wine glasses and even went the extra mile to chill our bottles for us. It was those small touches that made the experience feel so special. Now, the food—OMG, everything was DELICIOUS! The prawns, crab, fish, calamari, nachos, chicken tenders, fries… everything we ordered was amazing. I had two small children with me, and even they loved the food! I was also extremely impressed by the care the staff took with our meals, as several guests in my party had seafood allergies. They made sure to take the necessary precautions to avoid cross-contamination, which we truly appreciated. Lastly, the manager’s attention to detail absolutely floored me. He surprised me with a birthday cake, which was already such a thoughtful gesture, but he even took the time to record the surprise on video without me having to ask. Now I have that special moment captured forever. This was truly one of the best birthday celebrations I’ve ever had, and the staff at Wildish played such a huge part in making it memorable. From the hospitality and attention to detail to the incredible food, they did everything they could to make sure our evening ran smoothly and that we felt celebrated. Thank you to the entire Wildish team for making my birthday so special! I cannot wait to return the next time I visit Sri Lanka. ❤️

We decided to Celebrate my wife’s Birthday 🎂with a quiet family Dinner at Wildish for the very first time Having heard and seen the owner proprietors brilliant cooking on YouTube since Covid days this was in our bucket list for some time We were greeted warmly by the staff was very friendly and caring ❤️ The place itself had been decorated beautifully with the ambience matching the name of the Restaurant with wooden chairs tables and decor was just awesome 👌 We ordered from starters with a yummy calamari platter which was mouth watering 😋 We ordered the tasty Mocktails with many local flavor was so refreshing 😋 Main meal was so good & tasty from Quesadilla to baby chicken beautifully marinated udon noodles to chillier crabs ! Wow it was so good & tasty and very well cooked with locally made sauces which was so tasty 😋👌 Must say the portions are very good and quantity was just right or little bit more 👌 Highly recommended the Wildish Restaurant any day and look forward to go again soon !🙏🏻❤️👌 We were served by the staff UDITHA who so kind & caring and made the family Birthday Dinner so special !!❤️ Keep the good work guys 👏👏😎👊🏻👊🏻

I had such a wonderful lunch at Wildish! I ordered the Lamb Sando, and it was absolutely delicious—packed with flavor and perfectly prepared. I also tried one of their mocktails, which was sweet, refreshing, and the perfect accompaniment to the meal. For dessert, I had the Coco Pearl, a sago dessert with fresh fruits, and it was honestly the best I’ve ever had. It was light, refreshing, and the perfect way to end the meal. The customer service made the experience even better. Hansika was incredibly kind, attentive, and prompt throughout our visit, making us feel so welcome. Highly recommend Wildish for both the amazing food and outstanding hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Wildish was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was fantastic, especially with the live band creating such a great vibe. A special shoutout to Harsika, who was incredibly warm, attentive, and made our experience even better with her excellent service. The food was outstanding -I had the calamari, coconut chicken, and chocolate cake, and every dish was delicious. The chocolate cake was the perfect way to finish the meal! ​Visited Wildish for a family dinner and it absolutely delivered. The menu does a brilliant job of blending familiar favorites with bold, local flavors. ​We tried the quesadillas, which were beautifully presented and perfectly crisp, served with top-tier guacamole and sour cream. The absolute standout, though, was the crab curry rich, deeply flavorful, and perfectly paired with fresh pol sambol and plenty of crusty roast paan to soak up every drop of the gravy. ​The atmosphere is great, the presentation is spot on, and the food speaks for itself. Highly recommended if you are looking for a unique and delicious meal in Colombo!
